A golf course inside a sophisticated residential community, the Pebble Creek Golf Club, designed by Tripp Davis and Bill Amick, is an 18-hole layout that boasts well-manicured greens and fairways stretching from the first hole to the last. First opened over 50 years ago, this par 71 routing is known in Tampa, Florida, as one of the pioneer golf courses in the area.
Measuring 6,436 yards from the longest tees, golfers enjoy the unique design of Pebble Creek due to its beautiful backdrop of rich foliage, towering trees, lakes, and creeks, as well as the presence of wildlife including otters and sandhill cranes. The natural charm of Florida can also be appreciated in each unique hole, which is mostly carved in and amongst surrounding water which adds challenge and fun for golfers of all handicaps.
Although the Pebble Creek Golf Club is suited to experienced golfers, beginners are still encouraged to play and learn with the help of the clubhouse’s teaching professionals. Members and the public alike can also make use of premier practice facilities including both putting green and chipping areas to improve their short game. No caddies are available at Pebble Creek, but rentals for both carts and clubs can be requested anytime.
After a round of golf, a 19th-hole bar and restaurant await golfers with delicious meals and cold drinks. Members and guests can also host private gatherings and events inside the clubhouse’s function venue.
