The Crystal Lake Country Club of Deerfield Beach community, located in sunny south-east Florida, offers various golf villas that vary in size and price. The neighborhood has approximately 400+ single-family golf homes that range from 1,300 to over 2,500-square feet and from approximately $85,000 to more than $300,000.

The golf homes in Crystal Lake Villas were mostly built in 1968 with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, but they have been continuously maintained, renovated, and upgraded by residents. Most golf properties have beautifully updated kitchens with features like granite counters, tile floors throughout the entire home, huge master bedrooms with walk-in closets, automatic garage doors, and more.

The Crystal Lake Villas Recreations Facility includes a swimming pool, spa, and barbecue grill. Inside the recreational facility harbors a fun and comfortable billiards room and a state-of-the-art fitness room that is equipped with treadmills, ellipticals, weight machines, bicycle machines, free weights, and Comcast digital high definition TV.
