Detached single-family golf houses at Cypress Creek Golf Club at Sun City Center range in size from 1,494-square feet to 2,208-square feet and are priced from approximately $365,000 to $440,000 with an average homeowners association fee of $75 per month. These properties have 3 to 5-bedrooms and 3 and 4-bathrooms along with 2 and 3-car garages. A number of more modest golf villas and townhouses are also available.
