Eastpointe is an exclusive gated golf community in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens where golf, fitness, tennis, and excellent dining can be enjoyed with loved ones and friends, year-round. The condos are located in a separate community within Eastpointe, called Briarwood, and all 117 are located within two-story buildings built in 1981 of desirable CBS construction.
