Located in beautiful Palm City, Florida, Hammock Creek is a distinctive gated golf community consisting of three separate sub-communities. With its prime location, Hammock Creek is minutes from Hutchinson Island, home to the beautiful Martin County Beaches featuring the only live reef at Bathtub Beach located on the Treasure Coast. Golf homes within the Hammock Creek community were built between 1997 and 2004. The homebuilder was Lennar Homes and residences range in size from single story 3 bedroom homes with two-car garages and a living area of the 2,061-square foot, all the way up to large 2 story homes with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 3 car garages with greater than 4,000-square feet of living area. 

The Hammock Creek Golf Club is nestled amongst the three residential sub-communities and has a range of membership options available to residents. The club's 18-hole golf course was designed by the father and son team of Jack Nicklaus and Jack Nicklaus II and is the centerpiece of the community.

The par 72 layout's design incorporates several interesting risk-reward opportunities and there are also five sets of tees to make it approachable to a range of skill levels. The 7,131-yard routing features multi-tiered greens that play fast and rolling fairways that have generous landing areas, but they can be misleading. Mature pine forests and native wetlands also come into play throughout.

The club pairs an excellent on-course experience with top-tier golf facility amenities. Their new Clubcar carts use the state-of-the-art Visage GPS yardage system. The clubhouse restaurant and bar open daily, there is an on-course beverage cart and the club's Pro shop features a full collection of the latest merchandise.
