Huntington Hills Golf and Country Club in Lakeland is a golf community in the heart of Central Florida between Tampa and Orlando. The community is filled with residents from all over the world and features world-class golf alongside easy living golf homes designed and built by Socia Homes, Inc.
The golf community features two, three, and four-bedroom plans with two to four bathrooms, along with two-car garages for single-family homes, patio homes, townhomes, and golf villas. The Huntington Hills Golf and Country Club was founded by Bud Socia from upstate New York when he purchased the 400-acres where construction of golf homes began in 1993.
