Kings Point Golf and Country Club are situated in Delray Beach, Palm Beach County, Kings Point Golf and Country Club is a resort-style gated golf community for Over 55s.

Offering a low-maintenance lifestyle for the active adult, the vast complex has two development areas, the East Side and the West Side. The golf homes on this age-restricted community are composed of multiple two-story building clusters equivalent to 7,200 condominium units spread across the development. The golf properties were developed from 1973 to 1985 and units are available for resale. The golf community enjoys two 18-hole golf courses, and three clubhouses with a wide selection of amenities designed to keep the residents socially and physically active.

The East Side condominium buildings surround the par 60 Executive Golf Course. Golf homes in this area enjoy the view of the course and the lakes traversing the layout. One of the clubhouses, the Flanders Clubhouse is situated in this area. It offers a gym, a billiards room, and a multipurpose room. There is an outdoor pool and spa, Har-Tru tennis courts, bocce ball courts, and shuffleboard courts.

The West Side development is further divided into 2 segments, the South and the North. The golf homes on the south side enjoy a lake view and proximity to the Monaco Clubhouse. The clubhouse, the smallest among the 3, has a gym, billiards, and a multipurpose room. Outside there is also a pool and spa, tennis courts, bocce ball courts, and shuffleboard courts.

The golf residences on the north side either have a view of the Par 3 Golf Course or the lagoon. The Main Clubhouse is also situated within this area. The 100,000 sq.ft.-sized Main Clubhouse offers a state-of-the-art fitness center, an indoor pool, a performance theater, cafe, salon, crafts, and card rooms. Outside are two outdoor pools and spa, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and shuffleboard courts.

The golf community's 18-hole golf courses were both designed by world-renowned architect Robert Trent Jones, Sr. A practice facility that contains a driving range, pitching, and chipping area, and a putting green is also being offered. Professional instructions from a teaching pro are also available along with rental services for clubs and carts.

The Kings Point courses are among the best and well-kept courses among the golfing community of south Palm Beach County. The courses are available to residents, their guests, and the general public. Annual memberships are also available for each course either individually, or as a combination package. Benefits include an unlimited green fee and advanced booking.

Kings Point residents not only enjoy the outstanding recreational facilities offered but they can also participate in the social clubs available. Currently, 50 clubs meet regularly at the clubhouse.

Shuttle buses are available for use within the complex to take the residents to the different clubhouses and various recreational facilities. Designated buses are also available to take residents to and from the shopping and mall areas outside the Kings Point community.

Kings Point in Delray Beach is centrally located which is conveniently accessible to daily necessities, dining options, supermarkets, pharmacies, healthcare providers, entertainment even local parks and beaches. And the Palm Beach International airport is just 30 minutes away.
