One of Florida's less expensive golf communities, the Kissimmee Golf Club is a family-friendly neighborhood with hundreds of single-family golf homes. This Osceola community is composed of several sections— the largest being the Country Club Village Mobile Home Park which was built in 1980.
Golf residences at Kissimmee Golf Club sit close to the Kissimmee Gateway Airport and the community’s 18-hole semi-private golf course. Although not a gated, private country club the community is well maintained, and the streets are dotted with large shade trees. The community has an off-street parking rule, so residents have clear roads for easier driving anywhere in the neighborhood.
At Kissimmee, most of the golf homes feature two to three-bedroom and bathroom floor plans. The interiors of many golf properties have updated designs, complete with spacious rooms and kitchens, granite countertops, custom-made cabinetry, and much more.
Until recently, as well as golf, residents had access to an on-site restaurant and bar serving an exquisite menu prepared with the freshest ingredients and they could also rent the function venue of the clubhouse for special events and gatherings. Unfortunately, since 2018, the Kissimmee Golf Club course in the community is no longer open to members and the public. Despite that, this well-established golf community is still in-demand since it is in a prime location close to several large lakes, parks, shopping centers, attractions, and more. Although the Kissimmee Golf Club’s layout is no longer available, many residents jog, walk and exercise their pets in the ample green space that remains.
