The Mayfair Country Club of Florida is located in Sanford, Seminole County, less than 45-miles from Walt Disney World and Orlando's many other attractions. The size of the community’s detached homes typically ranges from 1,800 to 3,100-square feet and are priced from approximately $208,000 to $650,000.

Lot sizes generally range up to half an acre, and some golf properties also benefitting from a view of the golf course, natural preserves, or one of the numerous small lakes found throughout the area.
Just outside the community residents have plenty of options for daily conveniences, including grocery stores and pharmacies. Seminole Town Center is the closest major shopping precinct and Mayfair Country Club is just 10-minutes from Sanford Airport. They can also enjoy the latest blockbuster at one of the movie theaters, or dine out at one of several restaurants in the area. The neighborhood amenities are very nice, but the real star of the show here is the golf course layout. Sanford’s Mayfair Country Club is one of the oldest golf clubs in the area, dating back to 1922.
Sanford itself is one of Central Florida's oldest incorporated cities. It is known for its towering oaks, elegant store-fronts and large, nineteenth-century Victorian homes. The center of downtown Sanford, First Street, offers a vibrant, enticing destination where locals can find many unique shops, art galleries, a historic theater, restaurants, and a burgeoning microbrewery and craft cocktail scene. There is also RiverWalk, with its gazebos and swinging benches that are the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the day.
