Founded in 1987 the Old Marsh Golf Club in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, is a highly sought-after private residential community where golf and nature exist harmoniously. Both on and off the course, Old Marsh Golf Club strives to preserve the essence of the sport and the land it's played on. Nestled among 456-acres of pristine Florida wetlands, Old Marsh is a secluded sanctuary just 20-minutes away from Palm Beach International Airport.
Membership at Old Marsh is by invitation only and the number of equity memberships is strictly limited to less than 300. Both residents and non-residents enjoy the exclusivity that ensures that Old Marsh will always provide its members with the traditional advantage of a private club in a friendly atmosphere, with people who are passionate about the finest traditions of the game. Both a literal and metaphorical refuge, this member-owned club gives its members and guests an unforgettable experience.
Golf homes in Old Marsh Golf Club range from charming, single-story houses to more expansive, custom golf estates. Many of the golf houses feature backyard swimming pools, covered lanais, gourmet kitchens, marble floors, well-appointed interior finishes, and panoramic views of the immaculate golf course, pristine lake, or marsh preserve. Unlike other golf course communities in Palm Beach County, all the residences at Old Marsh are situated on large lots, ensuring peace and privacy for homeowners.
At Old Marsh, members enjoy an unsurpassed lifestyle in a magnificent environment full of five-star amenities with those who share a passion for golf. The club proudly preserves past traditions, while moving forward with the demands of modern times. Old Marsh continues to preserve the true traditions of golf, with no starting times and an acclaimed caddy program. The club's Pete Dye-designed, 18-hole championship golf course offers 7,000-yards of superb golf, TifEagle grass greens, and breathtaking views. Dye drew on his vast experience as a golf course designer, as well as his experience as an international amateur golfer, to create a course that is both challenging for the finest golfers and enjoyable for the players of all skill levels.
In April 1998, the club obtained the status of Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary through an education and certification program of Audubon International and Old Marsh continues to hold this prestigious designation. Members and visitors notice a plethora of flora and fauna, including the Florida sandhill crane. In 2016, the golf course was renovated and, naturally, the project was overseen by Pete Dye and the Dye family. The pristine wetlands and wildlife remain untouched and preserved.
