A conveniently-located golf community situated inside the grounds of a 56-acre layout, the Pinebrook Ironwood Club is one of the earliest real estate projects in Manatee County that combined public golf courses and privately-owned golf properties. This Bradenton, Florida-based community has numerous golf condominiums priced at less expensive rates, ranging from under $100,000 to over $300,000.
The golf homes in the Pinebrook Ironwood Club are comprised of low to mid-rise towers that offer a wide variety of condos and apartments. Approximately 867 condo villas, divided into seven sub-divisions, surround the 18-hole golf course at Pinebrook. Each block of golf residences is set amongst towering trees that give a sense of peace and relaxation to residents as they look out from their golf properties. Most golf homes also have scenic views of the nearby lakes and ponds, as well as the par 61 golf course.
Condos at Pinebrook are built with comfortable living areas that range from compact 600-square feet to more expansive 1,500-square feet, featuring one to two-bedroom and bathroom floor plans. Several of the golf properties in specific sections also have additional spaces for one-car garages, but most have designated shared parking areas for private vehicles.
Quite comparable to a single-family home, most of the golf condo villas in Pinebrook have open floor plans with great rooms and expansive master suites. Some of the kitchen areas also have beautiful renovations with breakfast nooks, along with extra spaces for dens, and private balconies. For the exteriors, the Pinebrook HOA services the community, including both landscaping and amenity maintenance.
The shared facilities inside the Pinebrook Ironwood Club are perhaps the greatest advantage of living in the Pinebrook Ironwood Club community. Residents can participate in an assortment of physical activities including tennis, pickle ball, bocce ball, and shuffleboard, or they can just relax with a dip in the swimming pool and catch up with neighbors out on one of the outdoor patios. Then there are the clubhouse’s multipurpose rooms where they hold various social clubs and classes. Not to mention, Pinebrook has four elegant clubhouses, each with a fitness center, so residents will not feel overcrowded in any of the facilities.
Golfing is the most in-demand activity in Pinebrook, but residents are not required by the club to join its membership. Regardless, most homeowners in the community are club members, with a good mix of beginners through to veteran players.
Pinebrook’s location in Bradenton is another of the other great perks of living in the community. Living in the community puts residents within a 5-mile drive of nearby shopping malls, plus the beautiful beaches of the Gulf are less than 10-miles from the club.
