Spanish Lakes Country Club is located just a ten-minute drive from the ‘sunrise city' of Fort Pierce and its many attractions, including restaurants, shops, museums, and a beautiful beach. With its northern boundary sitting on the St Lucie County Line with Indian River County, Spanish Lakes Country Club holds an identical northern position to its related Community, Spanish Lakes Fairways, located further west. Spanish Lakes Country Club Village is a 55+ Aged-Qualified Community, requiring at least 80% of homes to be occupied by someone aged 55 or older. The streets are paved and all parking is off-street, with no provision for RVs.
Residents may enjoy amenities including a Basketball court, Fitness center, extensive Clubhouse, golf course, shuffleboard, swimming pool, and tennis courts. A range of other recreation facilities is provided as well as laundry facilities.
Spanish Lakes Country Club Golf Course is a Par 27, 9-hole public course of 951 yards providing rental facilities of Golf Carts, Clubs, and Pull Carts. Various practice facilities are also provided including a driving range, pitching/chipping area, and putting green.
