This golf community offers new and resale homes which are quarter-acres in size, with many homes located on the golf course. Stonecrest has 2,200 single-family homes, which started construction in 1990. Other facilities residents can use at Stonecrest include bocce ball courts, pickleball courts, shuffleboard courts, tennis courts, a softball field, cornhole, and a dog park. They can even go fishing at Crestview Lake.
Located in Summerfield, Florida, Stonecrest is within 15-minutes of the Oklawaha River, Ocala Forest, and Lady Lake, where residents can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities that include boating, fishing, camping, and hunting. For entertainment and shopping options, Silver Springs Park, Leesburg, and Mount Dora are just 20-minutes away.
