Developed in 1994 by the City of Sunrise, Florida, Sunrise Lakes Phase IV Recreation District is a community with over 2,500 residents. It is situated 15-miles West of Downtown Fort Lauderdale, conveniently close to Fort Lauderdale Airport, Port Everglades, and major expressways.
Sunrise Lakes Phase IV offers an array of condominium choices and facilities in a charming active 55plus community.
