Located close to the Florida Turnpike and just south of Palm City is the beautiful golf and country club known as The Evergreen Club. The award-winning golf course and the surrounding golf homes are situated on 520-acres of Martin County land and are well-positioned to provide residents with easy access to all the attractions and amenities the region has to offer.
There are 299 single-family golf homes in this distinctive neighborhood, each built on one-acre homesites. Construction began in the golf community in the late 1970s and offers a wide variety of single-story three and four-bedroom golf homes. While the floor plans in many of these golf residences are perfect for hosting and entertaining, many buyers love that so many of these golf houses have been updated with modern kitchens, stone and granite finishes, new bathrooms, and custom-designed closets. Additionally, many of the golf estates have made the best out of the oversized homesites by creating their own backyard paradise with private swimming pools, covered lanais, children's playgrounds, and beautiful gardens.
Located within the Evergreen community, Crane Watch Club, formerly The Evergreen Club, is a full-service semi-private golf club with friendly and dedicated staff who strive to offer impeccable service. The club offers several levels of memberships to meet the needs of its varied members and is constantly evolving to meet the ever-changing lifestyles of today. Whether still in college, a young family, middle-aged, or in retirement, both individual and family members can find a place at Crane Watch to enjoy the camaraderie that belonging to a club affords.
