The landowner says that the high-quality new housing will introduce new property value growth to existing golf homes in the community, and new property tax revenue for local schools.

If approved, Kothari plans to construct more amenities inside The Oaks including a robust trail system, docks for kayaking activities, exercise areas, children’s playground areas, several multi-purpose pavilions, community gardens, and multiple tennis courts.
