There are several luxury golf communities in Port St. Lucie, Florida, and just like them, most of the golf homes at the Trident Golf Club community have views of tranquil lakes and the beautifully designed Trident Golf Club's course.

Similar to other golf neighborhoods around Club Med Sandpiper Bay, the community consists of luxury homes with an assortment of beautiful properties that varies in size and affordable prices. Golf homes in the neighborhood range from around 1,100-square feet to over 8,800-square feet of living space.

Prices vary from as little as $250,000 for a golf condo, to in excess of $1,500,000 for a large golf estate home. Most of the single-family homes in the neighborhood were built from 1960 onwards with two to six-bedroom layouts with one to four bathrooms.

The children of The Trident Golf Club residents can attend Savanna Ridge Elementary School, Southport Middle School, Morningside Elementary School, and Southern Oaks Middle School. When residents want to go shopping they can head to the Treasure Coast Square where they can find JCPenney, Target, Barnes and Nobles, Macy's, Marshalls, and more. They will also be able to find several restaurants, including The Olive Garden, Taco Bell, Ruby Tuesday, Chick-fil-A, and Chili's Grill & Bar.

Just 10-minutes from the Trident Golf Club neighborhood is Lyngate Park where golf home residents can enjoy the 16-acre park and all its amenities. This includes two baseball/softball fields, two tennis courts, a basketball court, a sand volleyball court, a children's playground, four racquetball courts, and two pavilions. Sandpiper Bay is also just a few minutes away from King Isle. Atlantis is just an hour's drive, while Riviera Beach is under an hour.
