Town and Country RV Resort is a seasonal 55+ golf community located four miles north of downtown Dade City amidst the rolling hills and Spanish moss-covered oaks of Western Central Florida. The community is family owned and has been operated by three generations of the Hawkins family since 1986. The family purchased the Town and Country RV Resort in 2000 and has made it their goal to provide an RV resort that is well-maintained, enjoyable and beautiful for snowbirds.

Town and Country’s little spot on a hill in the lovely Florida countryside will provide days full of activities, a strong sense of community and companionship with neighbors. Its recreational hall offers books and puzzles for independent entertainment, while its social clubs host everything from shuffleboard tournaments, bingo, euchre, and bridge to dinners and dances.

Sunshine and making the most of the outdoors is an excellent part of the community's focus, and early risers will be able to catch more than a glimpse of some of the most striking birds in the area. The community is also animal friendly, and residents' pets can play in a safe environment.

Visitors to the park or those looking to reside semi-permanently can bring an RV for the season or choose from the available RVs and park models nestled between palm trees and luscious flowering plants. Mobile home owners enjoy days relaxing on the porch, having coffee with friends at the recreation hall, golfing at the nearby golf courses, walking the park grounds or shopping in downtown Dade City.

Located only a few short miles from the nearest grocery stores, antique shops, pharmacies, shopping centers and hospitals, the Town and Country Resort offers a slow-paced “country feel” but provides residents the necessary amenities close to home. Tampa is less than an hour's drive, and Orlando is just over an hour away.

The Town and Country RV Resort is a bird-watchers paradise. Some refer to the park as a tropical oasis. The resort has 13 open green spaces at the rear of the park for dog-walking and exercises. It also has an on-site driving range and a place to play bocce ball or corn hole. The Park Association puts on many activities during the year, including weekly social bingo and poker, as well as monthly dances. There are also shuffleboard courts, horseshoe rings, a pool table and a swimming pool.

There are many events and businesses in the Dade City area to entertain residents and out-of-town guests. Shopping the antique stores is a treat as many store owners carry items from decades ago and some from the 19th century. There are also many local u-pick farms. Fairground and swap meet events are also a hit during the winter. A few new restaurants open each season in the area for locals to visit.

Town and Country RV Resort residents and park guests can also visit Wiregrass Mall, Webster Swap Meet, Strawberry Festival, Orlando Outlet Shoppes, and Disney World. Activities that can be found in Dade City include a visit to The Pasco County Fair, Withlacoochee Rail Trail, Dade City Wild Things, Dade City Swap Meet, The Local Public House and Provisions,  Pioneer Museum, and more.
