Florida golf doesn't get any better than Bardmoor Golf and Tennis Club. Broad, generous fairways invite golfers to hit away, and glistening water features and abundant sunshine add sparkle to any round. Located just minutes from some of the best beaches in Florida, Bardmoor is consistently rated as one of Florida's premier golf courses, such that Arnold Palmer, Payne Stewart, Fred Couples, and Tom Kite, to name a few, have all played here.

Bardmoor Golf and Tennis Club are one of the premier public golf courses in the Tampa Bay area. For more than a dozen years, the club was the host site for the PGA/LPGA JCPenney Classic and many prestigious local tournaments. Its course was a good test for the stars, and after the 2003 renovation by Gary Koch, the layout is better than ever.

At Bardmoo, golfers will find overall conditions that are consistently excellent. The course has Tif-Eagle greens that rival those of other more prestigious tour status routings. State-of-the-art practice facilities, a fully-stocked golf shop, and outstanding service complete a player's golfing experience.

Bardmoor was founded in 1971 by Oliver Bardes, a wealthy Ohio industrialist who was also an avid golfer. The present course was one of three courses designed for Bardes by William Diddle. The first round of golf at Bardmoor Country Club was an exhibition match between Ben Hogan and Tommy Bolt in 1971.

In 1998, Bardmoor Golf and Tennis Club opened a new 12,000-foot clubhouse. Today it features a Pizzeria and Grille and a newly renovated event venue and outdoor patio for up to 300 guests. A Junior Olympic size pool and 16 tennis courts are among the other first-class amenities that that can be found at Bardmoor.
