BRG Kings Island Golf Resort - Kings Course is a 55-hole golf resort in the outskirts of Hanoi and one of the most scenic courses in North Vietnam. 36 kilometers from Hanoi, the golf resort lies on the shores of the Dong Mo reservoir and is one of the oldest golfing destinations in a country that is still relatively new to the game. In a uniquely Vietnamese touch, access to the resort is by boat.
There are two 18-hole courses at BRG Kings Island, the Lakeside Course opened in 1993, and the Mountainview Course which followed in 2004. Kings Island unveiled the new 19-hole Kings Course, a Jack Nicklaus II Signature layout, in 2018, becoming the country's first three-course venue. It is also one of the few where night golf can be played thanks to a modern lighting system.
The front nine of the BRG Kings Island Golf Resort - Kings Course makes its way through natural woodland and is considered an instant classic with numerous challenging holes. The back nine also offers a superb test with holes wrapped by large lakes. The course and golf experience concludes with a special 19th hole, a par 3 which plays from a tee above a rock waterfall to an island green.
Situated on the top of a hill, the 4,770-square-meter clubhouse offers panoramic views of the golf courses and their surroundings. Here players will find an array of amenities including a Pro shop with caddie service available, a driving range and putting green to practice, a sauna to unwind in along with a bar and expansive restaurant. The resort has luxury accommodation and a swimming pool as well.
