Cape Wickham Links is an 18 hole, par 72, links style golf course on the northern tip of King Island, 48-kilometres north of Currie, Tasmania.

Construction of the course was completed in late 2015, under the watchful eye of co-designers Mike DeVries and Darius Oliver, and quickly gained international recognition. Cape Wickham is currently ranked twenty-four in the World by Golf Digest USA and number one in Australia by the 2019 Golf Course Guide.

Cape Wickham is a rare and dramatic mix of coastal holes cleverly routed around Cape Wickham Lighthouse, the tallest elevated lighthouse in the southern hemisphere, with some holes leaning gently toward the ocean, and others set atop a rocky headland.

The topography of the land is dramatically undulating and interspersed with giant sand dunes, rugged ridges, and rocks along the shoreline. The soil beneath is sandy and occasional limestone outcroppings create further features of interest, whilst the tees, fairways, and greens are all seeded with fescue grass.

Few courses in the world, if any, interact with the ocean quite like Cape Wickham, with eight holes that are adjacent to the ocean, another two holes that have greens on the coastline, and three more holes that have tees beside the ocean. The 11th is almost "in" the sea and the 18th hole is built directly above the beautiful beach at Victoria Cove, which comes into play as a bunker on the final hole.

Cape Wickham Links is also home to an abundance of wildlife, such as short-tailed shearwater mutton birds, wallabies, and even wild turkeys. Seals are often seen basking in the sun on the rocks beside the 2nd green, and whales can be sighted, breaching as they pass by, on their passage through the Bass Strait.
