Formerly known as Arrowhead Golf and Tennis Club, the publicly accessible Davie Golf Club is one of the best 18- hole golf courses in Broward County. Due to the expansion of I-595, the course was redesigned in 2011 to thoroughly modernize the layout and to provide an exciting challenge for all levels of ability.

Harrison Minchew was the primary architect of the redevelopment, and the new par 70 links-style layout was designed to the same standard that Mr. Minchew used while working as Arnold Palmer's Senior Golf Course Architect. The course, which was first built in 1973 under the direction of Bill Watts, now consists of rolling fairways and multi-tiered greens. And, the greens are very interesting, some even call them wicked due to their movement and unique design.

There are four sets of tees, and the course stretches to 6,347-yards, with lakes and several hundred native trees that have been planted along its length to provide definition to each hole's landing area and green site. Concrete cart paths run along with the tee box areas and along only a few of the fairways.

If players need to warm up their swing prior to their round or they just want to get out and hit a few, Davie Golf Club has them covered, with grass and mat hitting stations, along with two practice putting greens, chipping green, and a water range landing area. There is also a swimming pool and the clubhouse is home to a Pro shop, with snacks and refreshments available from the bar.

The driving range at the club is temporarily closed while the Town of Davie develops and implements a strategy to further improve the playing experience.
