Gleneagles Country Club is a private, residential country club surrounding world-class social and sports amenities, including two 18-hole championship golf courses. The club is situated in the heart of Delray Beach, Florida, with Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airports both within 30-minutes.
The par 71 Gleneagles Country Club, Florida, Victory Course is a true Florida layout with a fairly short yet challenging 6,066-yard routing surrounded by native Florida landscaping. It is a 1985 Karl Litten original design and a 2007 Jeff Myers redesign with a 2013 bunker renovation by Kipp Schulties. Distance is not the most important skill to bring with you when you tee up on the Victory Course, which places an emphasis on accuracy.
With 47 strategically placed bunkers and narrow doglegs, a straight ball hitter has the definite advantage on this relatively tight course, which features native landscaping throughout, giving the golfer an aesthetically pleasing experience throughout their round. Players struggling to stay on the fairway will find plenty of practice facilities at Gleneagles along with a well-stocked Pro Shop.
Gleneagles has a variety of sporting and recreational activities available to its members and their guests including 20 Har-Tru night-lit tennis courts, four pickleball courts, and an over 90,000-square foot clubhouse with three restaurants and lounges. In March 2018, the club opened a new, two-story Healthy Lifestyle Centre that features a state-of-the-art fitness center, spa, physical therapy services, and resort-style pool complex. Gleneagles is also an excellent location for any type of event, and the staff has years of experience hosting weddings, mitzvahs, golf tournaments, charity events, and various private functions.
