The Las Colinas Golf Club is one of the best golf courses in Costa Blanca since its opening in 2010. Las Colinas means the "hills" in Spanish because of its unique hilly terrain. American golf course architect Cabell B. Robinson created a magnificent course that goes well with the surrounding nature. The closely cut fairways and large leveled greens wind through the hills and meander through a valley. While the holes are routed around a handful of lakes which heightens the challenge. The result is a beautifully made par 71, 18-hole championship course with a total of 6,733 yards.

Overall, the course is not complicated but challenging for experienced players. Accuracy and distance are keys to navigating the fairways. The length is not overwhelming as it can be played without using the driver. But your short game must be A+.

The clubhouse has a restaurant with an attentive staff. A full range of amenities is also available such as a golf academy that has a practice facility with a natural grass hitting area, a large putting green, and a short game area where you can practice a variety of shots.

The golf course along with its surrounding residential development has garnered numerous awards. Currently, it is the World Travel Awards winner for 2020 in several categories - Spain's Best Golf Course, Spain's Leading Villa Resort, and Europe's Leading Resort Villas. Previously it was also voted Spain's Best Golf Course for 2015 and Spain's Best Villa Resort for 2015 & 2016. It was also included in Golf World's Top 100 Golf Resorts in Continental Europe for 2018 & 2019.
