Reopened in July 2021, the Legends Golf and Country Club restored all of its 18-holes after the local homeowners' association purchased the entire grounds of the golf course. The greens and sand bunkers were remodeled at the time to further enhance the playing experience.
Although newly renovated, the golf course has maintained the accessibility of its amenities such as a large driving range and putting green, made especially for beginners. Teaching pros also offer hands-on learning experiences for golfers of all skill levels. The Legends Golf and Country Club Clermont community is composed of approximately 867 golf homes, all of which are nestled inside a gated community with one Master's association and five sub-divisions. Prospective golf homebuyers can choose from a variety of strongly built, distinctively designed, and semi-custom single-family golf homes that range from $250,000 to more than $500,000.
