An 18-hole public golf course located in a secluded area of Lake Mary, Florida, the Magnolia Plantation Golf Club features a challenging and stunningly beautiful par 72 layout suitable for golfers of all skill levels. The routing is just 20-minutes from Orlando and its popular attractions, as well as conveniently situated in the heart of Seminole County.
Measuring 7,175-yards from the longest tees, the golf course features dramatic elevation changes and several undulating greens that add a unique experience for golfers. Magnolia Plantation’s attractive design, beautiful landscape, and strategically placed bunkers make the layout successful in its mission to bring the best of both the well-maintained natural surroundings and challenging sport together in one place.
Designed by renowned architects Tommy Fazio and David Harman, the Magnolia Plantation Golf Club was first opened in 2000. Since then, the golf course has offered a serene location for casual rounds and great practice sessions for beginners. The clubhouse is also open to everyone at the course whether they’re looking to rent carts, dine and drink in Magnolia’s bar and restaurant, or book the banquet facilities for a private function.
A truly friendly golf course for all handicaps, the layout provides access to a wide driving range, as well as a chipping area and a putting green. Not to mention, players are free to attend Mike Bender’s Golf Academy and learn from the best with the help of Magnolia’s teaching professionals.

A serene neighborhood within approximately 30 miles’ drive of downtown Orlando, the Magnolia Plantation community is comprised of several hundred golf homes developed from 2000 onwards. Many of the neighborhood’s golf properties have an astonishing beauty and elegance that makes them highly attractive to many residents, such as those who want to live in a large-sized lakeside waterfront golf house or estate home.
Every golf home in the Magnolia Plantation community is surrounded by nature with prices ranging from $700,000 to well over $1million for a large golf estate. Most residents enjoy golf houses with living spaces of no less than 2,000-square feet, featuring three to six-bedroom, two to four-bathroom floor plans, and two to three-car garages.
At Magnolia, the most important asset is the sense of community and the complete cross-section of young and old residents. The neighborhood also boasts all the open green space of one of Central Florida’s most challenging former golf courses and provides a refreshing mixture of elegant living, spacious lots, nearness to nature, and a welcoming and secure ambience.
