The On Top of the World Golf Club, Links Course is a private 18-hole golf course in a picturesque natural setting, exclusive to On Top of the World Ocala residents and their guests. Play is on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Links course, designed by Ken Colen and opened in 1982, has a traditional southern flavor and offers outstanding play throughout the year. Golfers can either walk or ride and enjoy nature and the beautiful vistas. Facilities at the club include a driving range, putting green, a teaching pro, and a clubhouse.
The On Top of the World Golf Club has both men’s and ladies’ golf associations which plan tournaments. The club also organizes events for the residents to offer competition and promote camaraderie. Clinics and lessons are available from the PGA and LPGA professionals on staff.
Private lessons, small group lessons, or large clinics are available to suit every golfer’s individual needs. The golfer may select the golf professional they feel will best suit their instructional needs.
Membership is offered for On Top of the World residents to use all three On Top of the World Communities golf courses but is not required. The club provides annual golf membership and six-month golf memberships for both singles and couples.
