Pelican Pointe Golf and Country Club is a semi-private golf course located in Venice, Southwest Florida. This 27-hole course is actually three 9-hole layouts linked to each other to provide a different golfing experience for players every time they visit.
The golf course was originally 18-holes designed by Ted McAnlis back in 1995, but in 2003, the club management decided to make full use of the available grounds and a third layout was added. From a regular course with a length of 5,326-yards and well-suited to beginners, Pelican Pointe Golf Course has now become a “tiger style” par 72 course that measures 7,182-yards from its longest tees.
Perhaps the best asset of the Pelican Pointe course is that there are no parallel fairways, and it is rare for different sets of players to cross paths. The club provides all the traditional practice facilities golfers expect at a premier facility, such as a driving range, putting green, and a practice hole.
There are golf pros on standby at the Pro shop in case players need assistance or help them lift their game. For those who are not fans of golf, there are other sporting amenities available at Pelican Pointe Golf and Country Club, including tennis courts, billiard tables, a swimming pool, and a fitness center. There's also a clubhouse bar and restaurant with additional meeting, function, and banquet facilities.

Pelican Pointe Golf and Country Club is a gated community located in the heart of Southwest Florida.
