Sixteen fairways are boarded by water and more than 30 bunkers are strategically placed leaving the greens well-guarded and offsetting the relatively short hole lengths, a great feature for veterans. In 2003, Pinebrook renovated its greens with high-quality Champion Ultra Dwarf Bermuda grass. This major change allows golfers smoother and faster paced greens.
