RACV Cape Schanck Resort and Golf Course is one of Australia's most spectacular headlands overlooking the majestic Southern Ocean, and surrounded by the Mornington Peninsula National Park, is the Cape Schanck Resort and Golf Course. The Cape is regarded by some as the Mornington Peninsula's original and best-purpose-built conference, golf, hotel, and events destination.
The RACV Cape Schanck Resort and Golf Course are one of only three courses on the east coast of Australia designed by highly regarded American golf course architect, Robert Trent Jones Jr.
The 18-hole course at Cape Schanck Resort is highly regarded, not just for its appeal to both the occasional golfer and the serious player, but also for its magnificent setting at the southernmost tip of the peninsula. This par 70 layout features huge greens, large open bunkers, Moonah, and tea tree-lined fairways and makes for an enjoyable yet challenging round of golf. Other golfing amenities available include a driving range, practice green, chipping area, and practice bunker.
The course is open to the public throughout the year and includes a fleet of motorized golf cars, a full-service pro shop, and bar and dining facilities.
