Rolling Hills Golf Club of Florida is an 18-hole golf course in Longwood that opened in 1925. Designed by Andy Banfield and David Whelchel, this golf course plays to over 6,230-yards with a slope rating of 130.

The semi-private club provides many challenging holes, including one particularly memorable hole that doglegs beside a lake at the green – after crossing a river. One of the best parts of the course is the chance to play a good mix of uphill, downhill and sidehill lies on the fairways. Most of the greens have challenging sand traps to avoid as well.

Other amenities at the club include an excellent restaurant, locker rooms, and a Pro shop. Activities provided in the club include a kids' program offered in the summer and lessons year round. There’s also a swimming pool and billiard table when players want to relax and unwind.

Unfortunately, the Rolling Hills Golf Club of Florida is currently closed.

Golf Course Resort & Community

Rolling Hills Golf Club of Florida

The Rolling Hills Golf Club of Florida was designed as a golf course community with custom golf homes on oversized lots. This high end golf community offers an excellent school system, ease of commuting to Orlando, and great value golf houses, which are attracting more and more home buyers to the area.

After the closure of Rolling Hills golf course, the residents of Rolling Hills made an effort to establish a dialogue with Seminole County's commissioners and plan the park and recreational development that would replace it. Once the park is complete, Rolling Hills residents will enjoy a nature trail, a picnic pavilion, pet areas, playgrounds for children, gardens, volleyball courts, and bicycle access.

Surrounding the golf properties in Rolling Hills Golf Club of Florida there are also many activities for residents and their families to enjoy including the ever-popular Wekiva Island. Residents can also enjoy the day at Longwood’s Big Tree Park, Candyland Park, or the Aiguille Rock Climbing Center.
