Roosevelt Executive Golf Course allows players to enjoy a challenging and interesting round of golf on a well-designed course which uses the area's natural landscape to its fullest. This clever nine-hole course will have golfers playing up and down, since only two holes are on top of the hill.
Make no mistake, Roosevelt is a fun but challenging golf course, and with a couple of par 4s and some long par 3s, players will have a chance to use most of their golf clubs. The signature hole on the Roosevelt Executive Golf Course’s line-up is the par 4 number six. Straight uphill, players must land it between a scattering of oaks guarding either side of the fairway. This beautiful hole plays 205-yards from the forward tees and a accuracy testing 280-yards from the furthest tips.
This scenic Level 4 course is par a 29 layout and can play as short as 1,080-yards or as long as 1,751-yards from the back tees. Roosevelt Executive Golf Course is located next door to the Truman Recreation Center, close to where Canal Street intersects with the 466A.
Amenities at Roosevelt include a driving range and the golf school academy’s teaching pro, as well as tennis courts, where villagers can enjoy their days harnessing their golf skills or enjoying tennis with friends. Aside from the Roosevelt Executive Golf Course, villagers can play complimentary golf on the 40+ layouts of The Villages Executive Golf Trail where there’s no charge to a resident for walking the courses.
