Located 45-minutes from Melbourne's CBD on the Mornington Peninsula, Settlers Run is an 18-hole, Links-style course.
This member and public access championship course was designed by Greg Norman and Bob Harrison. Settlers Run presents a strategic golfing challenge on beautifully undulating land, complete with typical Norman-Harrison deep bunkering, several water hazards, and plenty of rough.
Settlers Run features a dramatic and natural setting with sweeping views of the surrounding area and its native vegetation. It offers a truly memorable experience and is an excellent course for all golfers, from beginner to advanced.
The par 72, walk or cart layout, uses bunkering a key feature of its design, with dramatic sand-faced bunkers for which the Melbourne sand-belt is renowned. Norman has taken as his inspiration Alister Mackenzie's work at the famed Royal Melbourne and Kingston Heath. To assist playability the fairways have been designed to provide generous landing areas to accommodate players of all levels.
Settlers Run also has an excellent pitching and bunker area, two putting greens, and a driving range.
The clubhouse offers a bar and bistro, with function facilities, along with fantastic sunset views of the city skyline. Members also have an indoor swimming pool, fully equipped gym, tennis courts, sauna, and spa.
