With two very different golf course experiences, Seven Springs Golf and Country Club has a winning combination. The par 72 Champion Course will challenge even the most serious player and, though not a cakewalk by any means, the very walkable par 64 Challenger Course is sneaky enough for the experienced player while providing an ultimately playable layout for beginner and family golf.
The Seven Springs Golf and Country Club, Challenger Course’s "smallish" greens will test a player's game to its fullest. The course's tees, greens and fairways are as good as it gets, and the friendly staff are always their to help golfer's get the most out of every visit. Located in New Port Richey, the courses are just minutes from Tampa Bay and the scenic Gulf of Mexico beaches.
The Challenger Course is an executive-length layout that offers the same challenges as the more demanding Championship Course but on a smaller scale. There are not as many water features on the Challenger Course, but a large lake and a meandering creek come into play on several holes.
There are also a few strategically placed bunkers lurking along the green sides. The Seven Springs Golf and Country Club, Challenger Course’s layout offers a gentler version of the Championship Course that is more manageable for beginners, but it is also a great quick round for more experienced players. It is even gentle enough for juniors to practice their short games.
Seven Springs also offers a practice facility with an excellently conditioned driving range with four target greens and a hitting area that is 300-yards in length. Other amenities at the club include a practice bunker and chipping area, a putting green, and a practice hole for golfers to warm up on. The club also offers a golf school academy and the clubhouse offers a banquet facilities, a swimming pool, billiards tables, and tennis courts.
