The 18-hole, Terry Doss designed, championship golf course showcases panoramic vistas of all areas of the course, including the stunning lakes integrated throughout. Laid out over 187-acres of Ocala’s lush green countryside and rolling hills, the course totals 7,221-yards. It includes more than four acres of large undulating Champions Bermuda greens, guarded by precise bunkering at greenside.
The layout’s Champions Bermuda greens provide some of the best putting surfaces golfers will find in the Southeast. Stone Creek has 419 Bermuda fairways, plus more than four acres of tee boxes, six to seven on most holes, enhancing any golfer’s experience. The course is truly unparalleled, with strategically placed water on 11 of the eighteen holes.
One of the best features of the Stone Creek layout is the tunnels that pass underneath all major community roads for safe passage of golf carts and pedestrians throughout the course. The guard and gated Del Webb Stone Creek Golf Club is a 55+ golf community designed with active adults in mind. It provides resort-style amenities and features single family homes with open concept floor plans, walk-in closets, spacious suites, and covered lanais to enjoy Florida’s weather.
This golf neighborhood has home model collections built from 2006 to 2011 that include the Twin Villas, Pinnacle Series, and Regal Series and are all available in a resale series.
