Built by Jeremy Pern in 1981, the nine-hole course has well-groomed fairways and greens, keeping it difficult yet friendly.

Developed by the City of Sunrise, the par 31 Sunrise Lakes Phase IV course features 1,575-yards of golf from the longest tees. The Sunrise Lakes Phase IV golf facility also includes a driving range, pitching, and chipping area, and putting green. They also offer rentals for clubs and carts.
Aside from its golf course, residents have access to tennis courts, handball courts, and new pickle-ball courts. The main 34,000-square foot clubhouse includes a 1,000 seat auditorium, a 6,000-square-foot multipurpose room with kitchen facilities, a billiard room, hobby room, card room, craft room, lending library, an exercise room, and a swimming pool with a hot tub and sauna facilities.
The Clubhouse is also the setting for numerous classes, including social and service clubs, monthly karaoke, exercise programs, and line dancing.
