Legendary golf course designer Arthur Hills originally designed the 18-hole, par 72 layout which offers large teeing areas, fairways flowing in all directions, and greens that have gradual elevations and challenging putting surfaces. One of the course lakes has more than one mile of continuous shoreline bordering the 12th, 13th, and 14th holes.
An all-encompassing renovation was made to the club facilities and golf course in 2015 and 2016. Between the clubhouse improvements and golf course upgrades by Kipp Schulties, virtually every aspect of the country club was refreshed. The Preserve's 7,187-yard layout was re-grassed with Celebration Bermuda complimenting the wonderful native landscaping and surrounding nature preserve, and further improving the golfing experience.
There is also a driving range, putting green, and a short game practice area at The Preserve, along with a well-stocked Pro Shop and golf instruction for anyone from children to adults. The newly renovated clubhouse bar and restaurant provide members and their guests with both casual dining and catered function spaces.
