The Vintage Golf Club is a golf resort in the Hunter Valley, New South Wales, and is a two-hour drive from Sydney.
The Vintage Golf Club features an 18 hole, walk, or cart course which has been ranked 46th in Australia's Top 100 Golf Courses as voted by the 2018 GOLF Course Guide.
The par 71 layout measures 6,242-metres and is one of the only public access golf courses in New South Wales, designed by world-renowned golfer Greg Norman. The Vintage features bent grass greens, Santa Ana tees and has over 120 species of native plants throughout the course.
The opening nine provides a full picture of the true Vintage experience - short, strategic par 4s, intimidating par 3s, and reachable par 5s. All of which are dressed with superb bunkering, tight couch fairways, and, on their day, the best greens in the region.
The two standout features of The Vintage closing nine are variety and course conditioning. Norman has been economical in his spread of long, short, straight, and doglegged holes. There is also a solid mixture of brutal and forgiving green complexes, and water hazards have also been used sparingly, but to good effect.
Facilities include a practice fairway, putting and chipping green. The clubhouse can host functions and events as well as provide golfers with a range of food and beverage options.
