The Wanderers Club, formerly known as Wellington Golf and Country Club, brings together family-friendly golf, tennis, and polo in the heart of North America's premier equestrian community – the Village of Wellington. A charming home away from home in Palm Beach, Florida, you'll find the club is a welcome retreat for every member of the family.
Immaculate fairways, undulating brush-cut greens, and breathtaking vistas are just a few of the reasons you'll love playing round after round on the club's magnificent 18-hole golf course. Originally built in 1985 by Ted McAnlis, the 7,052-yard par 72 layout at The Wanderers Club is now a creation of Jacobsen Hardy Golf Course Design. Remodeled under the leadership of Peter Jacobsen and Jim Hardy, the natural beauty of the Florida landscape can now be admired along every hole.
The club also offers six lighted Har-Tru tennis courts for day and night play. Each court is outfitted with shade shelters and comfortable seating, while tennis pro instruction is available to all members. Organized tennis events, clinics, and games are available throughout the week and the courts are only stepping away from the clubhouse, pool, and driving range. A state-of-the-art fitness center also overlooks the Olympic-size swimming pool featured behind the clubhouse.
The Wanderers Club clubhouse is home to Stables, the club's premier restaurant. Offering a blend of exquisite dishes with flavors from around the world, the atmosphere remains intimate and sophisticated. The club's personable and friendly staff offers top-of-the-line service, paired with an incredible setting to host unforgettable celebrations and events of all sizes.
