A mere 20-minute drive from the heart of Auckland city, Titirangi Golf Club is a member's club with a cherished sense of history that stretches back to its very beginnings over 100 years ago.
Titirangi is the only golf course in New Zealand where Dr. Alister MacKenzie, famed for creating such golfing masterpieces as Augusta National, Cypress Point, and Royal Melbourne worked his genius. Titirangi's majestic 18-hole layout, with its rolling fairways weaving their way through a beautiful backdrop of native New Zealand bush, ensures that the club is recognized around the world as being among the best New Zealand has to offer the finest in Auckland.
The par 71 courses have evolved since 1927, but MacKenzie's vision lives on with the club staying true to his principles of design meaning the course offers a blend of opportunities, challenges, risks, and rewards at every hole. Players at Titirangi will find that no two holes are the same and every walk or cart round offers a fresh set of challenges
The Titirangi Golf Club provides members and their guests with a relaxing environment in which to enjoy either a drink or a meal and can cater for both private and corporate functions. For golfers wanting to sharpen their skills, there is a short, iron-only range with a chipping and bunker area alongside the 18th fairway. There is also a putting green adjacent to the clubhouse and a warm-up driving net is available behind the Pro Shop.
