Triple S Golf Ranch, also known as the Town and Country RV Resort and Golf Club, is a public golf course facility in Dade City, Florida. This facility’s 18-hole layout first opened for play in 1983 and has water that comes into play on almost every hole.
The relatively short Triple S Golf Ranch course was created to be environmentally sensitive and enjoyable for players of all skill levels. The course is heavily tree lined with occasional scenic views of the hills surrounding the course.
Amenities at the Triple S Golf Ranch include a putting green, a snack bar, and a clubhouse where golfers can relax after their round. This public golf course allows golfers to enjoy a quick round in the morning or afternoon and is an ideal walking-only layout.

Town and Country RV Resort is a seasonal 55+ golf community that’s been maintained and operated by the Hawkins family for three generations. The resort was built in 1986, and in 2000, the Hawkins Family bought the Resort. This community is known as a bird-watchers paradise, with some referring to it as a tropical oasis.
Located only five miles from the nearest grocery stores, pharmacies, antique shops, shopping centers, and hospitals, the Town and Country community offers a slow-paced “country feel” while providing the necessary amenities close to home. Its recreational hall provides books and puzzles, while its social clubs host everything from shuffleboard tournaments, bingo, euchre, and bridge to dinners and dances.
Bring an RV or choose from the available RVs and park models situated between palm trees and flowering plants. Enjoy days relaxing on the porch or just having coffee with friends. There are plenty of activities for 55+ active residents, including golfing at several nearby courses, swimming, walking the beautiful grounds, and shopping in downtown Dade City.
