The 36-hole Woodlands Country Club is located in Tamarac, Florida, and lies along Interstate 95, making travel to and from other parts of the state both quick and easy. The country club is surrounded by attractive golf homes with various architectural styles and has a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere.
The 18-hole Woodlands Country Club West Course, designed by Bruce Devlin and Robert von Hagge in 1969, measures 6,811-yards from the longest tees. The layout features a par 72 championship routing and has Bermuda Grass greens.
The club's practice facilities in Woodlands Country Club West Course include a full-length driving range, putting green, excellent chipping and pitching area, and a teaching pro. There is also a clubhouse with a lounge, tennis courts and a swimming pool.
The clubhouse, which sits on a hill, provides an excellent location for small functions, fundraisers, and weddings. After a game, players can head to the bar where they can get a refreshing beverage or something more hearty in the restaurant.

This neighborhood has over 800 golf homes that feature various architectural styles from numerous builders. Golf properties at the Woodlands are made of luxury golf estate homes on oversized lots, along with more affordable golf course homes, golf condos, and waterfront homes that are reasonably priced from around $440,000 to $1,300,000. These homes range in size from 2,300-square feet to over 4,100-square feet.
Tamarac is a convenient city where golf homeowners can easily visit beaches and parks, along with cultural and historical attractions. Developed and incorporated in the early ‘60s, Tamarac is one of the newest cities in Broward County. Unlike many of its larger metropolitan neighbors, Tamarac has maintained much of its original smalltown charm.
