The Nelson Bay CBD and Marina are approximately 10 minutes away (6kms) and offer boutique shopping, award-winning restaurants, specialty stores, cinema, fishing co-op, and Bowling Club. For the golfing enthusiasts, there is a 27 hole course at Nelson Bay or an 18 hole course at the prestigious Horizons Golf Resort Salamander Bay.
