The Location - The duplex is situated along Government Road only two blocks back from the picturesque Dutchies Beach. You can access the beach via foot down steps from Gloucester Street. Dutchies Beach is an idyllic spot to enjoy calm waters for swimming, BBQ facilities, picnic tables, and a children's playground. You can continue by foot along a scenic pathway to Nelson bay and D'Albora Marina approx 1km from Dutchies. Nelson Bay offers plenty of boutique shopping, restaurants, and cafes. Salamander Shopping Centre is only a short 3.5km drive.

The Duplex - This stylish ducted air-conditioned duplex is situated over two levels, complete with modern tiles downstairs and floorboards upstairs with all the bedrooms carpeted. Entering on the ground level, are three of the four bedrooms. A queen bed in one, two singles in another, and a sofa bed in the third, two of them with built-ins. The duplex has a dining table with eight chairs and a living area with a flat-screen TV, which is positioned to take in the fantastic water views through glass sliding doors to a balcony. Enjoy the sea breezes with a glass of wine. Also on this level is a powder room and the master bedroom offering a queen bed, built-in robe, ceiling fan and ensuite with a shower, double vanity, and toilet.
