The Location - 31 Kerrigan Street is situated between three beaches, Little Beach and Nelson Bay Beach is only 750m away with Shoal Bay Beach have a number of restaurants within walking distance from the holiday house including a Chinese, Mexican, Malaysian, and the Wests club which is only 300m away.
Nelson Bay CBD is 1.2 km away offering a selection of boutique shops, more restaurants and cafes, and the fabulous D'Albora Marina where you will find plenty of aquatic activities including our famous dolphin cruises. The property offers everything needed for a family holiday in the Bay.
The House - A large split level family home offering tasteful furnishings and plenty of space for everyone. Entering the home from the ground floor is a spacious hallway leading to a large tiled living rumpus room with a flat-screen TV.
It also has two single beds and a dining setting with 6 chairs. Sliding door access out to the large fenced grassed yard and a washing line with plenty of room for the children to play. The laundry with top loading washing machine and an older style bathroom with shower and toilet is also located on the ground floor.
Upstairs has been renovated with floating floorboards throughout and offers an air-conditioned living room with two leather lounges, flat-screen TV, and a separate dining room (please note that the fireplace is not functional). Access to a full-length timber balcony is off the lounge room where you can sit and watch the distant Tomaree Mountain and bay waters.
The modern kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, built-in oven, stovetop, and coffee machine (BYO pods). Also included is a breakfast bar with three bar stools and another access to a balcony overlooking the rear yard.
Also on the first level are the three bedrooms, the master bedroom provides a queen bed, an ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet and access to a balcony. There are two more bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with a set of bunk beds and a single bed. The main modern bathroom is situated beside the bedroom with the toilet located separately.
Other features include a double remote controlled garage and a driveway that offers plenty of parking for your cars and boat.
