The Location - This apartment is centrally located which means our guests are ideally placed for the town's vibrant and lively atmosphere. The unit is positioned just metres back from the beautiful Shoal Bay Beach and literally just above an array of convenient shops, cafes, and restaurants to choose from. With clear turquoise waters and white sands, it is in the desired waterfront area and is the perfect holiday getaway. Right on your doorstep, you are spoilt with the energetic atmosphere of Shoal Bay, pristine beach offering great swimming and a chance to unwind and for the more adventurous type there are kayaks, stand up paddleboards (open every day during the high seasons of school holidays, long weekends and Easter) and bicycles for hire. There are secluded walking tracks through Tomaree National Park and spectacular views from the top of Tomaree Mountain, plus a selection of other surf beaches. Just a 5-minute drive (3 km) in the opposite direction brings you to Nelson Bay.

The Apartment - Completely refurnished in June 2017 and stylishly appointed throughout, this two-bedroom air-conditioned penthouse apartment offers breathtaking water views. The northeast position on the eighth floor provides panoramic views over the whole of Shoal Bay from Tomaree Headland in the east to Nelson Point and the Inner Lighthouse to the west. Both bedrooms and the open plan living and dining area have uninterrupted views. The wrap-around balcony has sliding door access from the combined living-dining area and second bedroom. The master bedroom with king-sized bed and ensuite is north facing to capture the bay and beach views.

There is a main bathroom and ensuite, and modern well-equipped kitchen which provides guests with the option to prepare meals from this home away from home or to dine out at one of the three restaurants or enjoy a cold ale at the hotel located within the complex.

Other features include balcony furnishing, direct lift access to your apartment from the secure car space in the garage within the building, and free Wi-Fi for guests.
