Only 500m to Wests Nelson Bay or a few minutes drive to Nelson Bay or Shoal Bay for cafes, restaurants, and boutique shopping. The ideal location for a relaxed beachside holiday.

The Unit - This neat and tidy ground floor unit is perfect for your next holiday stay in Port Stephens. It offers a tiled open plan living area with comfortable seating, a TV, a pedestal fan and glass sliding doors out to a covered patio area with outdoor setting overlooking beautifully lush gardens.

The kitchen comes equipped with a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, and a stove. The dining space is fitted with a solid wooden table and eight chairs which also has access to the outdoor patio area.

The large main bedroom comes fitted with a queen bed, a ceiling fan and an ensuite with shower. There are two other bedrooms, one with a set of bunks and the other with a set of tri bunks (two on the bottom and one on top).
