There are lounge chairs, patio table with an umbrella, BBQ Grill, and Patio Furniture with chairs & couch. We have plenty of beach/pool towels so there is no need to bring your own! There may be some small floats for the pool left behind, but you can also purchase your own at our local market. We have an electric pump at the home.

Guests are given a set code to access the home during check-in walk through. That code is unique to them and will only work during their reservation days. During their stay guests will have access to everything inside/outside the home and pool area as if it is their home during their stay.

We do a walk through of the property upon check-in. We have an on-site property manager in a guest house that can assist you during your stay if needed. Like a hotel you will need a government issued ID with you for check-in.
We are available as much or as little as you would like. Please message us if you need anything at all.
Once the reservation is booked you will receive a message confirmation message with contact information and detailed check-in procedure.
Typical check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11AM unless specific arrangements have been made with the host.

This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood and there is a Noise Ordinance outside that will be enforced during your stay. The Noise Ordinance is from 10PM-7AM.

-A starter pack of disposables is provided to our guests. This includes toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, coffee pods, and more. If you are staying for a longer period, there are several local options to purchase more, including convenient delivery options via Instacart and Amazon Whole Foods delivery.
●If you would like cleaning service during your stay we do offer it. There is an additional charge for this. If you are staying more than 14 days an additional cleaning fee will be applied unless you have the home cleaned during your stay.

Vehicle Parking - all vehicles associated with the Vacation Rental must be parked in compliance with Chapter 26 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Lauderdale: all vehicles associated with the vacation rental must be parked within a driveway located on the subject property; vehicles are not permitted to park in the swale or on the street.
4. Trash Pick-Up - No solid waste container shall be located at the curb for pickup before 6:00 p.m. of the day prior to pick up, and solid waste container must be removed before midnight of the day of pickup. The Property must be free of garbage and litter except the storage of garbage, and litter in authorized receptacles.

b. The maximum number of persons allowed to gather at or occupy a vacation rental shall not exceed one and one-half (1 ½) times the maximum occupants authorized to stay overnight at that site, as shown on the certificate of compliance, and in no event shall a gathering exceed twenty (20) persons. This subsection b. shall not apply to owner-occupied vacation rentals when the property owner is physically present on the site during the gathering, and
c. Up to four (4) persons under thirteen (13) years of age are exempt from and shall not count towards the occupancy limits set in subsections a. and b. above.
