The Location: Centrepoint is at the top of town, just meters to cafes, restaurants, boutique shopping, supermarket and all you will need. Stroll through town to the marina for cruises, boat hire, more restaurants, and on the weekend live music and markets. Nelson Bay Beach is also only 500 meters away and it is well worth a walk along the Bridle Path towards family-friendly Dutchies Beach for a swim, picnic, or bbq.
The Unit: Located on the second floor and with views across the town and to the Harbour, Unit 4 is deceptively spacious. The balcony offers shade and a number of seating options, leading into the living area with a ceiling fan, couches, and a flatscreen TV. Off the living area are a dining alcove and the full kitchen with cooktop, oven, microwave, and fridge.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and access to the balcony, and the second bedroom is huge, with two ceiling fans, a queen bed in an alcove separated by a curtain, plus four single beds. There is one bathroom with a shower, vanity and toilet, and an internal laundry with both washer and dryer. Add to this a double lock-up garage for secure parking... as you won't need your car.
