24/7 valet parking next to the building. Street parking at $2.35/hr. Overnight valet at $50; 2-hour parking at $30.

★ PROVISIONS:
Includes WiFi, Smart TVs, ironing set, laundry facilities, and starter toiletries. Note: Washcloths and kitchen towels not included.

★ GUEST SCREENING:
A check-in procedure for security and fraud prevention will be conducted.

★ SAFETY:
Adherence to CDC cleaning standards with thorough disinfection and exterior surveillance cameras.

★ EXTRAS:
We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We want to clarify that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and bears no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

★ OBSERVATIONS:
Strict no-smoking policy and low noise levels post 10 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited.

★ CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY:
Expect tropical conditions with diverse local wildlife. Regular pest control is in place.

Full access to the penthouse, pool, and terrace tub.

Interaction with Guests:
Since we value privacy on our own travels, we generally give guests lots of space. But we're nearby and happy to help.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are convenient options for getting around. For those driving, valet parking is available on property: $50 for overnight, $30 for 3-hour visitors, and a special rate for 2-hour visits. Fees are to be paid directly to the parking attendant. The prime location offers unbeatable proximity to all of South Beach's attractions.
